History

Analysis Dance Company was established by Valia Alexandratou in 1997 in New York, where it performed at the Sylvia and Danny Kaye Playhouse, the Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the City Center Studio 5, and Union League.

Works by Analysis Dance Company include the choreographies "Standing in motion," "Continuous Painting," "Nine," "Red Valse," "Oblivion," "Angel of Music," and "Nocturne."

Analysis Dance Company has presented its repertory in arts events sponsored by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hellenic Academy of Modern Art as well as in a series of performances by the "Hellenic Dance Company" of the Greek State School of Dance at the Athens Concert Hall.

The company has received grants from the Hellenic Culture Foundation and has been placed under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Culture.

Analysis Dance Company is based in Athens since 2005.
